Being a vibrant and enthusiastic group of young people who have accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, the Kozhencherry Centre Yuvajanasakhyam aims to proclaim the Word of God through our acts...our deeds...our lives.The prime source of our inspiration is God alone. His love compels us to stand up for him labelled as His soldiers ready to win people over to Him. Jesus has bestowed, upon each one of us, His abundant mercy and amazing grace.Having experienced the boundless joy of a life in Christ we wish to share it with others. The Centre activities aim to make it possible for the youths to accept Jesus Christ as God and Saviour.Being a part of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church of Malabar, we strive to realise our mission in today's disintegrated, disillusioned world of anarchy and bitterness.We endeavour to enlighten the darkness of despair with hope...to engender peace in the hearts filled with hatred...to enliven spirits dead with disappointments...and above all to love others as Jesus loved us all.
We mainly focus on Worshipping the Lord Almighty, Studying His Word, Witnessing God and Serving our fellow beings in distress and need.The 15 shakhas which constitute the Centre take part in the programmes organised by the Centre with keen interest and fervour.As an organisation rooted in Jesus, we hope our activities shall enable us day by day to have an increasing faith in Him.
